Handmade Granola

Handmade Granola

I knew it was possible to make granola at home but I don't know why I had a feeling it was pretty difficult until one day that I went to my friend Silvi and I saw that she made it. She told me the process in a minute and tried it at home right afterwards.

It was actually very easy! And nothing better than making it at home and knowing how it is made from scratch.

It is the crunchiest granola ever, and much better from those of the supermarket.

I really recommend it, hope you like it too!

Ingredients:

1 cup of oatmeal

⅓ cup chopped walnuts

⅓ cup chopped pecans

⅓ cup pumpkin seeds

¼ cup chia seeds

¼ cup sunflower seeds

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix everything, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and ¼ cup of honey or silan (date honey)

Mix well with a spoon or hand.

Put it in a roasting pan, it can be the one that comes with the oven, on aluminum foil.

Turn on the oven when the mis is ready at 175°C for 15'.

Take out, move the mix a bit, put back in oven for 5-10' until crunchy and ready to eat.

I recommend to keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn.

Take out from oven and wait for it to cool down.

You can actually put any type of nuts you want, that's the fun part!
